Oolong (qing cha) — Fire
Oolong is transformation. The leaf is rolled, oxidised at the edges, sometimes walks through fire and returns changed. From light florals to dense resinous depths — oolongs live along a long scale of transformations, each time a dialogue between fire and leaf.
